AAP Air is Hiring a Commercial Maintenance Technician Near Sarasota, FL
This position is for an experienced commercial maintenance technician and requires the ability to:
- Perform maintenance on commercial types of equipment (Light Commercial Equipment, Fresh Air, VRV/VRF, Cooling Towers, Water Source Heat Pumps, etc)
- Be thorough at cleaning, evaluating, and preventing issues
- Identify items that need to be repaired proactively or because they are not working
- Input the maintenance and repair information electronically
- Communicate with the customer regarding progress of the maintenance and items that need to be addressed
- Communicate with the office/dispatch and the maintenance manager
- Work as part of a team with a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
