About the Client:

A leading company with over 20 years of experience in the Mexican construction market is seeking an experienced Account Executive to spearhead their expansion into the Texas territory. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first salesperson on the ground in the US, helping to drive growth and establish a strong presence in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients within the Texas construction market.
• Lead Follow-Up: Engage and follow up on assigned leads to build relationships and close deals.
• Client Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
• Project Quotation Oversight: Manage and oversee the entire project quotation process for clients in Texas.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with the team and clients.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the construction industry is essential.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, particularly in generating new business opportunities and closing commercial agreements.
• Location: Must reside in one of the major Texas cities to facilitate client visits and local networking.
