Architecture Design: Creating comprehensive architecture models and blueprints for IT systems,
including applications, data, and technology.
Technology Integration: Ensuring seamless integration of new technologies with existing
systems.
Governance and Standards: Establishing and enforcing standards, guidelines, and best practices
for technology usage and architecture.
Project Oversight: Overseeing the implementation of major IT projects to ensure they align with
the architectural plan and business strategy.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT systems and
infrastructure.
Innovation and Trends: Staying updated with the latest technology trends and evaluating their
potential impact on the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IT systems, software development, databases,
networking, and cloud technologies.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems.
