Product Technician/Delivery Driver
Essential Function:

Responsible for merchandise handling such as loading, securing, delivering, setting up, troubleshooting, and demonstrating. Reviewing lease agreements is also occasionally required.

Knowledge:

• Customer and Personal Service- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Sales and Marketing-Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products. This includes product demonstration and sales techniques.
• Computer-Some knowledge of computers

Licensure and Background Requirements:

• Satisfactory driving record (MVR)
• Valid Driver's License and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy
• Acceptable criminal background check
• Must be able to lift up to 300 pounds with dolly assistance
