Call Center Representative for Growing Dental Office

Great Smile Dental Call Center employees have the first impression on our patient community. It is important each team member can do the following : 

*Maintain a positive professional attitude

*Build and maintain long lasting relationships 

*Maintain a high number of call volume daily (making and receiving calls)

*Complete tasks in a timely manner and follow up as required

*Use strong communication to direct calls and customer needs

*Ensure patients book their appointments 

*Maintain patient records accurately 

Previous call center or dental experience is a plus!

Starting rate is $17/$18 per hour with scheduled reviews. 

Plus Bonuses.

Schedules vary from part time to full time positions. 

This is an in-office position.
