Torrington, CT, is seeking a Locums Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician for call coverage and weekend shifts. The role involves serving at a 110-bed hospital with a 10-bed ICU. The position includes 12-hour shifts during the following periods:

June 29, 2024, 7 am - July 1, 2024, 8 am

July 8, 2024 - July 12, 2024, 8 am - 5 pm (Monday - Friday)

August 2, 2024, 5 pm - August 5, 2024, 8 am

September 13, 2024, 5 pm - September 16, 2024, 8 am

September 16, 2024 - September 20, 2024, 8 am - 5 pm (Monday - Friday)

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited medical school with an MD or DO degree.
• Completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine or Anesthesiology, accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or equivalent.
• Completion of a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine, also accredited by the ACGME or equivalent.
• Board certification or eligibility in Critical Care Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Anesthesiology, or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine.
• A valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Connecticut. This involves:
