We areseeking a dedicated and flexible Locum Tenens Urgent Care Physician to join ourbusy and fast-paced clinics in El Paso, TX. This position offers both PRN andfull-time hours, with the ideal candidate available for 8-10 shifts per month.The clinic hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, andSunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Local candidates are preferred to ensureseamless integration into our team. Asa Locum Tenens Urgent Care Physician, you will be responsible for providinghigh-quality urgent care to patients, managing a daily volume of 30-60patients, which translates to seeing 3-4 patients per hour. Your duties willinclude performing clinical procedures such as closing lacerations, incisionand drainage (I&D), and interpreting X-rays and EKGs. Additionally,handling workers' compensation cases and conducting DOT physicals will be partof your role if you hold the necessary certifications. Accurate and timelydocumentation of patient encounters in the EMR system is crucial, and you willwork closely with clinic staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Emergency Medicine.
• Proficient in urgent care procedures, including laceration repair, I&D, and reading X-rays and EKGs.
• TX Licensed
• Experience with workers' compensation cases and DOT certification is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Local candidates preferred.
