Seeking a Locum Surgeon -Vascular Physician for a position based in Suffolk, VA. The role entails cliniccoverage two days per week, with the remainder dedicated to hospital coverage,including possible weekend shifts. The call ratio averages 2-4 nights per weekand may vary. The physician will manage an average of 3 cases per day,utilizing the Epic documentation system. The office is supported by a teamincluding 3 PSRs, 1 surgery scheduler, 2 CMAs, 1 LPN, 1 vascular tech, and 2part-time MDs overseen by an RN/practice manager. Required procedures includeaneurysm repairs, thoracic and abdominal surgeries, arterial bypass, peripheralinterventions, vascular access devices, and AV shunt procedures.

Qualifications:

· Board certification in Vascular Surgery.

· Active VA medical license.

· DEA certification.

· BLS/ACLS.
