Weare seeking a skilled MD Assessor to join our team. The MD Assessor will beresponsible for the assessments and coordination of assessments for allresidents, ensuring the completion of MDS forms in accordance with state andfederal regulations, as well as facility policies.

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience.
• At least two (2) years of experience in performing MDS completion.

• Licensed Registered Nurse with NYS.
