We are seeking a dedicatedand experienced Supervisor for Integrated Behavioral Health (LCSW) to overseeand supervise our integrated behavioral health program and providers in SierraVista, AZ. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the delivery ofhigh-quality behavioral health services.

KeyResponsibilities:

· Oversee and supervise the integrated behavioralhealth program, ensuring compliance with established protocols and standards.

· Provide leadership to a team of behavioralhealth providers.

· Supervise and support behavioral healthproviders in delivering comprehensive services.

· Conduct regular clinical supervision sessions toenhance the skills and effectiveness of the team.

· Implement and monitor quality assurance measuresto maintain excellence in behavioral health services.

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionalsand departments to ensure integrated care for patients.

Educationand Experience:

· Master's degree in social work, ClinicalPsychology, or a related program.

· Licensed in the State of Arizona as a ClinicalSocial Worker or Clinical Psychologist.

· Board Certification in the area specific to theposition being filled.

· Two years of experience providing services in amedical setting using the integrated behavioral health model.

· Driver's License and Proof of Insurance may berequired if requesting mileage reimbursement.

· Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
