Role Summary:Our Travel Retail Channels in AMERICAS are a fast-growing business with many opportunities in Cruises, Duty Free Stores, Airports and Airlines. With the Cruise business being the Key Focus Channel in terms of Revenue and Market Share Growth. The Jr Key Account Manager TR Americas will be an integral role to the team supporting the management of our Global Cruise customers.

Role Summary:Our Travel Retail Channels in AMERICAS are a fast-growing business with many opportunities in Cruises, Duty Free Stores, Airports and Airlines. The Jr Key Account Manager TR Americas will be an integral role to the team supporting the management of our Global Cruise customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analysis of the performance, pricing & customer portfolio within the Cruise Industry
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand and propose best space & location, promotion support, develop right assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies unique to Cruises
- Support on preparation and execution of customer meetings.
- Supporting on the expansion and route-to-market strategy together with the full team
- Support a strategic business development plan together with every Cruise customer
- Putting the activation plans into action together with the Trade Marketing and Domestic Teams.
- Retail travel: 20% within US and Caribbean
- Enthusiastic and ambitious profile with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Dream Big Mindset with the ability to open gaps and engage the customers.
- Resilient character with go-getter mindset to drive the business in adversity
- Strong Analytical skills and ability to deal with complexity and proficient knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
- Prior Sales/Key Account Experience including annual negotiations.
- Strong business acumen with good understanding of consumers and customers, with experience in developing joint business strategies
- Strong interpersonal, project management and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Good Administrative and organizational management.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
