We are looking for experienced Lead HVAC Installation Technicians who excel in customer service, are great problem solvers, thrive in a challenging environment, are positive team players, and are self-motivated.
Our HVAC Install Technicians need to successfully install air conditioners, furnaces, duct systems, heat pumps, and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.) for AB May residential customers. This will include having knowledge of those systems and keeping in contact closely with customers during the installation. All of our technicians must follow our safety policies and procedures. Must have three or more years of Lead Install experience and meet and exceed customer expectations.

- 3-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent
- Valid drivers’ license

- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Properly connect equipment
