ICU experience required
- AZ or Compact License
- Must have 1.5-2 years of ICU experience
- ASAP Start – 2-3 weeks pending clearance
- Days or Nights Avail
- 13 week contract
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- $54 Hourly
- $125.29 OT
- $1,099.00 Untaxed Per Diem
- $3043 Total Based on Working 36 Hours
Position Summary: Under the direction of the CNO, Nursing Director: Inpatient Services, and charge nurses, this position encompasses the provision and management of patient care through implementation of the nursing process, delegation to and supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.
- § Preferred two years critical care experience within the last five years
- § Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and written
- § Above average computer skills
- Demonstrates ability to navigate the electronic healthcare record
- Familiar with Microsoft word and excel
- § Able to work and multitask in fast paced environment
- § Familiar with RN, LPN, & CNA scope of practice
- § Above average organizational skills
- § Able to manage, prioritize, and delegate patient care appropriately and effectively
- § Verbalizes understanding of the Nursing Process to direct patient care effectively
- § Demonstrates knowledge of common disease processes, treatment modalities, and interventions
