Growth Opportunity in HealthcareAre you experienced in healthcare administration? Looking to learn more about the rewarding healthcare field? Do you have a passion for helping kids and families? As a Client Coordinator, you’ll establish a rapport and an ongoing relationship with clients and families while guiding them through the onboarding process. While delivering the highest possible excellence in customer service standards, your role will be to clearly outline our services and lead the process after initial admissions phone calls. All our team members foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
What You’ll Do
  • Creates consistent and efficient schedules for staff and clients.
  • Accurately document client cancellations
  • Accurately document staff cancellations
  • Work with a sense of urgency to make up all missed appointments.
  • Ensure clients are scheduled for all treatment plan hours.
  • Complete admin duties as requested by direct supervisor.
  • Work with other departments on documentation requests.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families.
  • Assist with pay to patient as needed.
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Review of client documentation for UR and Billing Purposes.
  • Facilitate tours of the facility
  • Stay in communication with referral sources and families.
  • To be available to work on weekends, nights, and holidays. Must be available to work overtime when needed.
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that will be submitted upon request.
  • Must follow all defined company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
RequirementsEducation/Experience and Other Requirements
  • 2-4 years of healthcare experience preferred.
  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
  • Knowledge of medical billing.
  • Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
Expertise Needed
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with families, clinicians, team members, and service providers in the community.
  • Effective organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people and communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and a “can-do” attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to take on an increasing level of responsibility.
