Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless billing, payment, and overall business operations. We are seeking a hardworking, knowledgeable, detail-oriented team player who is looking to grow with our company. The ideal candidate will possess great critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent organizational skills. We are looking for someone who will be self-motivated, reliable, flexible, and great at working on a variety of tasks for the company! This is an on-site job at our Florham Park location.

The main responsibility of this position is to monitor the RCM process from start to finish. This includes:
Billing
Bookkeeping
**The desired candidate will also be expected to help with additional administrative tasks.
