Twinechart is seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our customer service team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience. Salary Range: $38.000 - $48.000 per year.Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Provide support to the customer service team in managing daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Help identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
