Job Title: Instructional Designer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and interactive training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and design effective training programs
- Develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, and job aids
- Use instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learning
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- 3 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
