You will be the clients' first and last contact, assisting them at the front desk with scheduling, answering phones, collecting payment, and whatever else they may need. You will also help manage the office and take care of the business side of things, including calendar and workflow management, client document management and leading administrative projects as needed.
We have a weekday, daytime schedule with all Federal holidays off and only the rare weekend commitment during peak season. We offer a competitive wage (dependent on experience) with room to grow into a promising career, retirement match, accrued PTO and residual commissions.
