DESCRIPTION:

Loan Servicing Analyst III is responsible for handling many aspects of the servicing of loans, including loan payment processing, escrow analysis and disbursements, pay-offs, and loan satisfactions. The job requires timely compliance with all applicable regulations, secondary market investor guidelines, and internal quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Processing of loan account transactions, including adjustments, in ore servicing system. Tracking and timely payment of real estate taxes and insurance. Conduct loan escrow analysis and disbursement as needed. Research, resolve and respond to customer inquiries. Process requests for loan pay-offs. Process and file loan satisfactions. Participate in response to audit requests. Make recommendations for procedure changes and enhancements as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting preferred. 2 - 3 years of experience servicing loans or similar accounting experience preferred. Required to have strong communication, team building and employee development skills. Needs to be detail oriented, highly organized and resourceful. Should have strong initiative to independently seek solutions to problems. Must be Chinese bilingual.
