- Establish budgets and plans and provide insight
- Develop standard management reports and KPIs
- Analyze actual/forecasted results compared to budgets
- Prepare input to executive FP&A presentations
- Liaise with the FP&A expense lead to help manage costs
- Assist with ad hoc analysis
- 4-7 years of finance experience
- Insurance industry background preferred
- P&C strongly preferred
- Strong data intake and analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in Excel and PowerBI
