Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews and collect feedback on candidates
• Conduct background checks and onboard new hires
• Facilitate payroll and support ongoing employee benefit administration
• Coordinate employee engagement and firmwide diversity initiatives
• Respond directly to employee and exploratory candidate inquiries
• Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0-2 years of HR experience
• Financial services industry background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Able to multitask and manage multiple tasks
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
