Responsibilities
- Process payrolls for multiple employers on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
- Analyze all timesheets and calculate payroll to include overtime
- Prepare and run payroll in the accounting software
- Manage Health Reimbursement Accounts and assist employees with reimbursements
- Handle all aspects of managing 401(k)s including calculations and contributions
- Assess W-2s, calculating group term life imputed income, worker’s compensation audits
- Onboard new employees, including completing tax documents and direct deposits
- Review employment contracts and work with attornies to update them as needed
- Draft NDAs and assist with the offboarding process
- Complete 1099s for multiple employers and entities
- 10 years of payroll experience
- Household payroll experience a must
- Experience with California and New York payroll
- Family office and employee payroll experience
- Hands-on and detailed oriented
- Able to work independently and be resourceful
- Skilled in Paychex and Quicken
