This position is to support Project Management for Electric Distribution. The position will support management of small projects that could involve either HVD and LVD lines and substations
The Associate EPC Project Manager is responsible for small projects and supports lower complexity projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The Associate EPC Project Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, quality control and status reporting and closing on assigned projects.
Support the planning and execution of the Project Lifecycle Process (PLP) which includes preparation of plans, schedule planning and other standardized project management deliverable , while meeting the agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality objectives.
Assist with financial forecasts and provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures.
Support the development and managing overall project execution plans for assigned projects.
Assist with the development of project schedules for key project deliverable milestones. Communicate schedules to the project team.
Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders, both internal and external and outside agencies.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and constraints impacting project execution. Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies.
Through the work location at the Parnall Office in Jackson, MI is preferred, various work locations are acceptable. Visits to job site locations of the projects will be required.
