Yes Position Details Drug Screen Yes Background Checks Yes Position Description Primary Responsibilities Support the Automated Crime Victim Notification System Project team in leading the technical and functional requirements gathering. Participate in team meetings. Solicit business requirements from end users and convert the requests into a workable solution to present to technology staff. Serve as conduit between agency business units, technical teams and /or vendor companies in answering questions to clarify requirements. Create process flows and business flows by collaborating with the business teams. Provides reference material by writing documentation. Research & evaluate technology to discuss with the technical team and present to the business. Provides support to the project as needed Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Works with third-party vendors to ensure proper communication & issues are addressed Create Use Cases to support the business needs. Create Test Cases to validate the desired output. Perform User Acceptance testing. Manage application issues, fixes, and enhancements. Responsible for consulting with customers on business needs Prepare and deliver well-organized presentations Provides support to help meet schedule.
