Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Prepper to join our team. The Document Prepper will be responsible for preparing and organizing documents for processing and storage.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize documents for scanning or filing
- Remove staples, paperclips, and other binding materials from documents
- Ensure all pages are in the correct order
- Check documents for tears, stains, or any damage that may affect scanning
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Follow procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in document preparation
Experience:
- Experience in clerical or office environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in data collection and entry
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and office procedures
- Knowledge of computerized databases and systems
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
