Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products and services
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
