Your role and responsibilities

Technical solutions team leader in all phases of the business cycle from feasibility stage to testing, commissioning and field analysis Team leader interacting with sales, district offices, manufacturing and customers to ensure all parties are appropriately technically informed Work with product development and R&D (Research and Development) engineering when needed to drive a solution Provide concise and professional responses to a wide range of sales inquiries. Ask questions to obtain information needed to perform the appropriate risk analysis Prepare technical reports. Analyze field data. Review ATS (Advanced Technical Solutions) team technical reports for sales and customer distribution Understand all regulatory and agency location requirements Complete all training concerning corporate design, safety and engineering standards Maintain highest ethical standards.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience. Electric motor engineering experience - preferred
• Proficient with MS Office
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong mathematics skill
• Ability to function in an environment with timelines related to customer commitments
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
