This position reports to

Regional Service Manager - North

Your role and responsibilities

Providing remote or on-site technical support for customers Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs Troubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset / prevent and inform internal partners Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service The ABB Associate Field Service Technician will supply the following services within the scope of this contract.

All work done will be at the request of a designated customer associate, prior to commencing work Shall support Customer in planning and execution of preventive maintenance related to equipment and systems covered by this contract

Qualifications for the role

• High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of professional work experience
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 80 percent as required
• Experience with system Network maintenance
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with no supervision
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
