Abbitt Management, LLC, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking a Full-Time, reliable, and experienced Office Assistant for our property management office.
  • We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with the following qualities and abilities:
    • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage time and multiple projects.
    • Work well with others and interact positively with residents, owners, co-workers and vendors while maintaining confidentiality.
    • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and prioritize assignments to exceed performance expectations.
  •  Qualifications:
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Proficiency with Yardi Voyager 7 property management software.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on time management.
