Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Our location in **Columbus, Ohio,** currently has an opportunity for an **Associate Brand Manager**. This person will be responsible for driving the Adult and Pediatric Institutional Nutrition businesses to effectively achieve commercialization, profit margin and business plan objectives. Key responsibilities include monthly financials, supply and inventory management, quarterly business planning, market dynamics/ trend analysis, and budget management.

**WHAT YOULL DO**

Responsible for managing marketing activity associated with the brand in the US

Responsible for managing supply and inventory including SKU level monitoring & prioritization

Own financial reporting including monthly reports, analytics commentary, and channel KDIs/KPIs

Lead cross functional team in business analysis, supply management, forecasting for the brand

Analyze multiple external data points to identify risk / opportunities, and create contingency plans as needed

Lead the collaboration with the Commercial Operations team

Lead competitive landscape assessments to drive recommendations for how to approach the businesses/ channels differently to drive sales and share

Identify future research needs to aid in plan/ long- range plan development

Measure performance of activations plans and proactively recommend action to continuously improve ROI

Manage budget monthly with direct input to forecast models and financial decisions

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives. These groups may include the Health Care Professional Sales team, Sales and Commercial Operations and Analytics, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Public Affairs, Legal, R&D, Sr. Leaders, Global Abbott Partners and external vendors or agencies**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING**

**Required**

2-5 years of brand management or marketing experience. Preferred experience in healthcare or food and beverage industry

2 years of demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams

Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

An ability to think strategically and develop annual plans and financial commitments

An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to changing customer needs

Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas; Intellectual curiosity

The ability to manage and allocate budgets

Written and verbal communication skills

Experience with and an understanding of market research and data

Sales experience a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field** This role is located in Columbus, OH. You must reside in or be willing to relocate to Columbus, OH to be considered.
