The OpportunityOur location in Lake Forest, IL currently has an opportunity for a Marketing Manager within our dynamic Consumer Services and Products business, Rapid Diagnostics Division. This role has direct responsibility for product launch execution including artwork and labelling development with key external Customers in North America. This role supports our private label/store brand products with our respective retailers. This role enables the business objectives of the BU by partnering with internal and external business functions, including Customer development teams, towards implementing and managing product lifecycle management, and post-market support that satisfies Customer requirements.
What You’ll Do
  • Execute new product launches across key accounts in partnership with Sales and Customer teams, ensuring all retailer requirements are fulfilled within the scope of new product launch including new product setup, testing, documentation, and any additional requirements.
  • Drive and facilitate the end-to-end labeling and artwork process via designated design group, agency, or customer artwork partners; provide guidance support to customer quality, regulatory, and brand teams on artwork development.
  • Implement quantitative analyses including sell-through analysis, price analysis, opportunity, and competitive analysis. Utilize Nielsen market data and/or unique customer POS data in the development of customer-specific presentations.
  • Understand trends and market dynamics (industry, consumer, retail, consumer, competitive, adjacent categories) as well as quality and regulatory mandates.
  • Manage and run cross-functional “Tracker” meetings, monitoring the timing and execution of product lifecycle from launch, transition to phase out.
  • Partner with retail sales force to develop channel strategies and tactics to achieve goals.
  • Employee must work in compliance with ARDx NA LLC QMS and Quality Policy requirements and all EHS requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives, including but not limited to the field sales force, legal, regulatory, medical affairs, manufacturing, logistics, public affairs, executive management, creative and media agencies, vendors, retail buyers, and health care professionals.
Requirements
  • BS/BA, and 4-6 years of experience with progressive responsibility in a marketing role in consumer-packaged goods marketing, health care/device marketing, or a combination of both.
  • Product launch experience with FDA regulated devices or consumer packaged goods environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams from idea to launch.
  • Strong thought leadership, written, and verbal communication skills with proven ability to interact directly with leadership to drive strategy and investment decisions.
  • Familiarity with Quality compliant systems for promotion, labeling, regulatory submissions, and control management is a plus.
  • Proven ability to execute complex business plans.
  • Analytical thinker, ability to “figure it out” when presented with new challenges, ability to organize and track complex information.
  • Experience with private label/store brands
  • Strong analytical/financial modeling skills
