- Greets and directs visitors, provides information, answers telephone, maintains a visitor log.
- May provide security passes and handle simple typing. Requires routine supervision.
- Assists restocking and arranging stocks in the dining room and pantry storeroom.
- Monthly Facility inspections Engagement with executive customers, guest and visitors Provide site tours for guests and new hires Managing contractor, tenants, and visitors badge clearance Coordinate for events for conference and meetings rooms on request.
- Assist mailroom operations when required Coordinate with users on requests for placing posters, banners, etc.
- Parking is not included for this downtown location. Will need to find their own parking at their own cost or uses other ways to commute to work
