Title: Recruiter III
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 3 months
Responsibilities
- Deliver services within Abbott’s model, technology, and processes and be the main point of contact for internal clients at the first line manager level
- Full-cycle recruiting, from the requirement definition, through offer negotiation with simple or standard compensation packages, to hire, using Abbott's ATS and CRM
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies
- May manage bulk contract conversions for a division or country and support local and regional partner relationship manager initiatives as appropriate
- Support the hiring process to provide a good candidate experience
- Operate independently with minimum supervision
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- 2-6 years of high-volume recruitment experience filling entry to mid-level roles
- Expertise in creating targeted postings on job boards and social networks to attract active candidates and develop them up to the point of closing
- Engineering recruitment experience strongly desired
- Prior agency and corporate recruiting experience preferred
- Workday experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to maintain professionalism and quality of work in high volume, fast-paced environment
