**The Opportunity**

This position works out of our Lake County, Abbott Park, Illinois USA site in the Corporate HR division.

Join Abbotts world-class Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist. Abbotts Talent Acquisition Operations team delivers high quality solutions through cutting edge technology that improves the hiring manager and candidate experience as well increase recruiter efficiency. We leverage our strategic partnerships with both internal Abbott HR Technology staff and third-party vendors to complete these implementations. The Talent Acquisition Operations team is responsible for the project management, vendor management, training, communications and effectiveness reporting associated with these implementations.

**What Youll Work On**

Partner with vendors to develop a comprehensive project implementation and communication plan and provide regular project status updates

Meet with vendors regularly to review account, new technology releases and return on investment

Analyze new technology releases from vendor platforms and create a road map for adoption

Partner with TA Operations Reporting team to measure technology adoption and effectiveness

Work closely with recruiters and coordinators to understand their daily processes and identify opportunities for improvement or efficiencies

Lead, manage, implement and/or participate in global projects

Gather requirements from respective stakeholders, research available solutions and provide recommendations to the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations with the mindset of simplifying our technology stack without sacrificing quality

Develop use-case based test scripts designed to assure quality and coordinate the completion testing across global team members

Develop communications, training materials, and job aids to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technology

**Required Qualifications**

B.S. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar discipline

At least three years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems or HR Technology

Strong computer skills using MS products, particularly Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Apps and PowerPoint

Must possess strong organization and communication skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with associates at all levels of the organization.

Adaptability to a frequently changing work environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Six sigma certified

At least five years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems or HR Technology

Prior experience with project management and implementations

Prior experience with Workday or Phenom

Prior experience in html coding or web page development

Organized, has high standards, process driven, and curious

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
