ES Special Education 1:1 Instructional Aide Job Description Year to Year Position (as needed)Essential Functions and Responsibilities:May potentially work 1:1 or other designated ratio depending on the nature of the disability and learning needsMay work with a small group or whole of students to facilitate lessons and activities following the classroom teacher’s instructionsBased on the student population and census in the building, may be assigned to different buildingsFollow prescribed criteria for providing and/or fading student supportProvide academic support based on classroom assignments and curriculum presented.
