Job purpose :

To control and maintain all Blue Prints, so as to organize filing system, update system, and update and maintain catalog system.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Maintain and develop a complete filing system of Blue Prints.
2. Keep proper Blue Prints in the correct controlled area.
3. Update and maintain the card catalog system.
4. Pull Blue Prints from the uncontrolled area or make uncontrolled copies from the master copy.
5. Pull Blue Prints for staff as needed.
6. File Blue Prints after job is completed.
7. Maintain revision control of all company documents.

The ideal candidate will have the following: Highly organized, very detail oriented, particular about filing order, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and enjoys working with numbers. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Well presented and businesslike. Keen sense of responsibility and accountability. Able to get along with others and be a team-player, as well as, work independently.

Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email.

Numeracy: Must be good with numbers and enjoys working with numbers. Understands filing order and is very particular about that order.
