ABC Home and Commercial Services seeks a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Part-Time Residential Customer Service Representative for the summer season. Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from residential customers, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions.
• Assist in managing high call volumes to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Work closely with full-time agents, allowing them the capacity to focus on more complex customer issues.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in using computers and related software applications.
• Flexibility to work part-time with a 4-hour shift from June to the beginning of August.

Physical Demands:

• Office-based position, working in a cubicle space.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods during the 4-hour shift.
• Capability to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds.
