ABC Roofing Inc. is currently looking for an Office Manager. Construction office experience or roofing/exterior construction experience is beneficial but not required. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. That person would report directly to the Owner. Insurance claim experience is a bonus.
Office Manager Assistant Duties:
- Filing
- Lead Input
- Email/ Phone Monitoring
- Data Entry
- CRM Usage
- Prepare Reports
- Create Spreadsheets
- Faxing
- Inventory
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to effectively manage several priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to follow up and follow through efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong technical/computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Sheets.
Work Remotely
- No

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
