Summary
Under the supervision of the ChargeNurse:

• Exemplifies outstanding customerservice in observing individual resident schedules and preferences
• Provides assistance with activities ofdaily living
• Effectively implements, communicates,and documents resident care

Qualifications / Requirements

• Completion of the 75-hour nursingassistant class, in addition to passing the competency evaluation, prior toemployment or within four (4) months of employment
• Must have excellent oral and writtencommunication skills specific to the English language
• Per the Centers for Medicare andMedicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions formedical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Shift: 1st Shift (6a-2p), includes Every-Other-Weekend and Holiday Rotation; Flexible Scheduling

Wage Range: $18.00/hr-$22.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Incentive Pay:$0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years
Weekend Package Incentive Pay: $3.00/hr
