Summary Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse:
- Exemplifies outstanding customer service in observing individual resident schedules and preferences
- Provides assistance with activities of daily living
- Effectively implements, communicates, and documents resident care
Qualifications / Requirements - Completion of the 75-hour nursing assistant class, in addition to passing the competency evaluation, prior to employment or within four (4) months of employment
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
- Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Shift: 3rd Shift (10p-6a), Flexible Scheduling
Wage Range*: $22.00/hr-$24.00/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.20/per year, up to ten (10) years
2nd/3rd Shift Differential: $3.00/hr
