Summary
Under the supervision of the Assisted Living Manager:

• Assists with the provision of personal care to tenants, in accordance with tenant service plans
• Assists in maintaining a safe and clean environment
• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), provide health-related cares (according to tenant service plans) as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services (DON) and/or Charge Nurse

Qualifications / Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Credentialed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) having completed a 75-hour nursing assistant class, successfully passed the competency evaluation, and currently eligible on the nurse aide registry
• Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time
Shift: 2nd Shift (2p-10p), Flex Scheduling
Wage Range*: $19.00/hr-$20.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/hr per year, up to ten (10) years
2nd Shift Differential: $1.00/hr
