Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Teaching Assistant and contribute to shaping young minds in a supportive educational environment. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting educators in classroom activities and providing care and support to students.
Duties:
- Collaborate with lead teachers to support classroom activities and lesson implementation
- Assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
- Help with classroom management and student supervision
- Support students' social and emotional development
- Assist in preparing educational materials and resources
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in daycare, classroom, nannying, or working with students
- Knowledge of special education principles is a plus
- Passion for educating and caregiving for children
- Understanding of childhood development and early childhood education
- Ability to work effectively with children of various ages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
