As a Packing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are carefully packed and shipped to customers in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately pack orders according to packing lists and shipping guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy of order contents and ensure items are securely packaged for shipment.
• Label packages with appropriate shipping labels and documentation.
• Organize and maintain packing materials and supplies.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting periodic stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical condition to lift and move packages of varying weights.
• Basic computer skills for printing labels and updating order statuses.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
