ABI Document Support Services is Hiring a Carrier Program Success Manager Near Loma Linda, CA

OverviewThe Carrier Program Success Manager, is responsible for the successful on boarding and user engagement of new and existing carrier program clients. The focus of the role is to drive maximum adoption, order activity and revenue of our program claim and legal clients. This sales role prioritizes leads to ensure expansion of our carrier programs ensuring profit acceleration. This position performs cold and warm calling, all initial demonstrations and follow-ups with each potential user. Duties include following up with each user during early stages of the sales cycle, to ensure a high percentage of user engagement within each prospective account.
The pay for this position is approximately $80,000 - 95,000 commission
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Cold calling to potential new clients to secure demonstration training sessions
  • Emphasis on securing the maximum number of potential end user and influencer attendees
  • Follow up with warm leads to ensure a high percentage of new user adoption by account
  • Demonstrate features and benefits of ABI solutions
  • Identify and implement all upsell opportunities
  • Educate customers on ABI’s capabilities, carrier requirements and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations
  • Consistently monitor and reinforce success of all carrier program implementations
  • Clearly communicate account set up requirements and expectations with customers and key stakeholders
  • Record customer needs, requests and questions in SalesForce and communicate to key stakeholders
  • Engages regional sales executive upon initial demonstrations
  • Hand off on going management of each account to local sales executive – Partner to ensure seamless transition to client
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes, and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Other Duties as assigned.
Essential Managerial Responsibilities
  • Carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with the company’s standards, policies, and all applicable employment laws.
  • Managing and monitoring workflow and prov iding support, training, and techniques to assist staff in achieving department daily/weekly/monthly goals and standards.
  • Encouraging positive morale, maintaining harmony among staff, and resolving grievances when necessary.
  • Overseeing the completion and approval of employee timecards and coordinating overtime needs with management and staff as needed.
  • Actively participating in the department’s staffing requirements including hiring, onboarding, and separating of employees.
    • Creating and implementing plan to meet department’s goals and metrics based on workload and client needs.
  • Communicating change effectively and supporting those affected by change.
  • Managing insubordinate staff when warranted and initiating coaching or corrective actions as required and/or directed by upper management.
  • Evaluating staff needs and performance, providing periodic feedback to staff and reporting any performance concerns and/or recommendations growth opportunities to management.
  • Actively participating and successfully conducting annual performance evaluations.
QualificationsEducation and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or extensive sales and management experience preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Client Relationship Management.
  • Extensive experience in business development
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
