Salary : $80-$100k
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team! As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations
- Manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate work
- Implement and maintain safety and security protocols in the warehouse
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to increase productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics
- Assist in managing and maintaining warehouse equipment and machinery
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Proven leadership and management skills
