The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, setting up and maintaining budgets, coordinating with the project team, establishing project timelines, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring timely delivery of quality construction projects to the clients.
Qualifications
- Ability to utilize Procore or other similar project management tools
- Budget setup and management
- Expediting skills
- Experience in Project Management
- Multifamily experience
- Osha 10/30 or related certification is a plus
- Experience with commercial construction projects is a plus
- Focus on effectively managing larger projects with a team
