SummaryJoin our team as a Scrum Master and play a crucial role in facilitating and enhancing our Agile processes. In this contingent resource assignment, you will:
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements within Scrum or Agile frameworks.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Scrum Master assignments or challenges, requiring research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide valuable information and insights to client personnel.
- Certified SCRUM Master: Demonstrated expertise and certification in Scrum methodologies.
- Experience: Proven track record of running multiple application development teams using Agile methodologies.
- Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential to effectively manage and lead Agile teams.
