Job Title: Senior Process Engineer (Tracking Liason)
Location: Primarily remote, team meetings once a quarter in Washington, DC. (Candidates must be residing in DMV or WV)
Duration: 12 months contract-to-hire (Open to straight contractors, but not preferred)
SummaryProject Summary is looking for a Senior Process Engineer who will serve as a liaison in tracking and ensuring that the IT change and release management cycle is followed within the FEP Bridge Team. There will be weekend support once a month to accommodate weekend IT releases/deployment.
Essential FunctionsThis role is for a task tracker, not a task manager. This person will be coordinating and liasoning between the teams but not as a manager and will be provided a pre-defined process. This person will coordinate activities with internal technical teams as well as customers (other plans processing FEP claims through the FEP Bridge.) This person needs to understand technology as far as the components and pieces of the process but they are willing to train the DevOps process for the right person.

RequiredTop Five Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience communicating with both non-technical and technical resources.
- 3 years of experience in Process Engineering with a background in DevOps or working with technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree, or in lieu of, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience."
- Experience working within IT Change or Release management teams
- Experience in highly regulated environment such as finance or healthcare industries"
