What You'll Do

Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Oversee projects from strategy development to implementation, ensuring they align with our goals and drive significant outcomes.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategies designed to boost enrollment and elevate the ACU brand.
  • Work closely with the VP of Marketing and team members to ensure all projects align with our strategic objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities, positioning our brand to captivate our target audience.

Project Management Development

  • Transform project management to prioritize strategic goals that drive student enrollment and revenue.
  • Lead the adoption of new project management processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration and team training.
  • Develop strategies to maintain project timelines and quality.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within project management.
  • Manage the Project Coordinator, ensuring efficient project progress and resource management.

Change Management

  • Conduct assessments to identify cultural barriers within the Marketing Department and develop strategic change management plans.
  • Implement targeted communication campaigns and training programs to support change initiatives.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to monitor and adjust change initiatives in real-time.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular check-ins and collaborative workshops.
  • Implement robust communication plans to ensure alignment between project goals and organizational objectives.
  • Capture and integrate stakeholder input into project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to define and measure key performance indicators for project success.

Project Portfolio Management

  • Develop a dynamic project prioritization framework aligned with our enrollment goals.
  • Implement real-time tracking and reporting systems for enhanced project visibility.
  • Track and measure the strategic impact of individual tasks and projects.

What We’re Looking For

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in project management with a proven track record of building project management functions.
  • Strong experience with project management tools and certifications (PMP preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and lead effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles.

  • Organizational Savvy: The ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and build positive relationships.
  • Autonomy: Experience managing priorities and working without direct supervision.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
