• $60-$75K income range. Base pay is $55,000 guaranteed. Most Center Directors earn between an additional $5,000 and $15,000 in bonus annually.

As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be expected to:

• Lead the sales/revenue generating activities of the center.
• Become a trusted advisor to families who come to Sylvan, from the very first inquiry to the final progress conference.
• Maximize student enrollments for your center.
• Execute best marketing practices to increase buzz and awareness of Sylvan Learning in your region.
• Deliver 5-star level service to ensure parents and kids not only keep coming back, but also find themselves spreading the word about the impact Sylvan is making in their lives.
• Deliver consultations and conferences with parents alongside your educational staff.
